Mindful Balance Pilates is a private fitness studio created to offer high quality Pilates instruction taught with affordability in mind.  My goal is to is to provide a safe, holistic, healthy, fun and challenging environment where people feel empowered to discover their own physical capabilities and achieve their personal fitness goals.  I encourage clients to be in the present moment as Pilates is a mind-body fitness experience.  My philosophies are built on positive affirmations, healing energy and healthy lifestyle choices

 

Through various individualized programs, clients will:
