After graduating from UCLA and spending a decade designing and building luxury custom homes throughout Los Angeles' westside, I received my Pilates certification from Pilates Sports Center.  This certification program consisted of both classical and contemporary Pilates with special focus on injury prevention and modification.  I have continued my education with courses in Pre- and Post-natal Pilates, Pilates for Children, Pilates for Teens, Upright Pilates, and Advanced Jump Board.  I am a certified TRX professional, yoga instructor, and have incorporated my mid-body approach to my work by applying breath work and meditative modalities.

I began practicing Pilates as a new mother 15 years ago and fell in love with its challenging mind-body experience.  When I was diagnosed with cancer, I really leaned into Pilates as a source of strength.  I believed with a strong body would come a strong mind to help me move gracefully through the challenges I faced.  My mind body fitness work has became a profound passion because it requires one to be in the present moment attuned to one's body, breath, and balance.

As a collegiate and lifelong athlete with limitations from various injuries, Pilates is something that she is able to do without pain and believes that Pilates is for everyone. After working in some elite studios, I have chosen to maintain affordable pricing  because I believe that everyone should experience the healing benefits of this work. I love working with clients of all athletic backgrounds, experience levels, and stages of life.  Tailoring workouts according to clients goals and watching them achieve them is such a rewarding experience and the most special part of what I do.
